Bosnia & Herzegovina: AZLP publishes 2023 activity report
On July 17, 2024, the Agency for Personal Data Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina (AZLP) published its 2023 activity report. The report included summaries of the AZLP's activities in:
- harmonizing domestic legislation with European standards;
- conducting regular and extraordinary inspections;
- resolving complaints;
- initiating proceedings ex officio;
- issuing misdemeanor orders;
- participating in court cases; and
- issuing opinions on draft legislation.
The report also contains comparative charts and summaries of relevant cases, along with the AZLP's conclusions.
