Saxony: SächsDSB releases guidelines for municipalities and administrations on the provision of information under Article 15 of the GDPR
On August 1, 2024, the Saxon data protection authority (SächsDSB) released guidelines for municipalities and administrations on the provision of information under Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The guidelines are based on Guidelines 01/2022 on data subject rights - right of access of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
