Uzbekistan: Information Security Center releases remote working security recommendations for organisations
The Information Security Center released, on 31 March 2020, security recommendations for organisations that have transferred their employees to remote working ('the Recommendations') due to the COVID-19 (‘Coronavirus’) outbreak. In particular, the Recommendations highlight that organisations should, among other things, provide employees with a virtual private network, require the use of two-factor authentication and notify employees that they are prohibited from using personal accounts in order to exchange official information. In addition, the Recommendations outline a number of recommendations for IT specialists within organisations, which include using data leak prevention systems, intrusion detection, firewalls and proxy services, as well as other programs aimed at detecting suspicious network activity.
You can read the Recommendations, only available in Russian, here.
