Brazil: ANPD publishes translation of LGPD and Data Transfer Regulation
On November 6, 2024, the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) announced that it translated the following documents to English in order to be more accessible to an international audience:
- the General Data Protection Regulation (LGPD); and
- the Data Transfer Regulation and the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
