Baden-Württemberg: LfDI Baden-Württemberg announces Stay Informed app data breach
On March 25, 2024, the Baden-Württemberg data protection authority (LfDI Baden-Württemberg) announced a data breach at Stay Informed GmbH. In particular, the LfDI Baden-Württemberg stated, among other things, that facilities in Baden-Württemberg that are affected by the data breach when using the Stay Informed app must report a data breach to the LfDI Baden-Württemberg.
The LfDI Baden-Württemberg further provided information on how to report the data breach and additional information for responsible bodies and affected persons.
