Italy: ACN issues instructions for registration under NIS 2 Directive
On November 29, 2024, the Italian National Security Agency (ACN) published information on registration under the Directive on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union (the NIS 2 Directive).
The ACN highlighted that registration of public and private organizations that meet the specific requirements set by the NIS 2 Directive is mandatory and opened on December 1, 2024.
How should organizations register?
The ACN noted that organizations' point of contact must access the platform using a digital identity and complete the registration, following the registration guide.
