Estonia: Minister of Justice signs statement of intent to develop digital cooperation with Quebec

On November 20, 2024, the Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs announced that they had signed a statement of intent to cooperate in the development of secure data exchange, digital identity, and artificial intelligence (AI) with the Deputy Minister for Cybersecurity and Digital Affairs of Quebec at the Tallinn Digital Summit.

According to the Ministry, both Ministers aim to promote cooperation based on equality and mutual benefit in the field of digitalization and to foster communication between Estonian and Quebec organizations and institutions to ensure the continuity and sustainability of their activities and cooperation.
