Bavaria: BayLDA announces event on handling personal data in connection with AI and Big Data

On September 18, 2024, the Data Protection Authority of Bavaria for the Private Sector (BayLDA) announced that it is hosting, together with the Museum for Communication Nuremberg and the Professional Association of Data Protection Commissioners in Germany, an event on the handling of highly personal data in connection with artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data on September 24, 2024.

The event will focus on whether anonymization of personal data can be achieved and which challenges should be considered.
