Tunisia: CoE announces accession to Convention 108

The Council of Europe ('CoE') announced, on 18 July 2017, that Tunisia had acceded to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Automatic Processing of Personal Data ('Convention 108') and its Additional Protocol, which will enter into force, in respect of Tunisia, on 1 November 2017.
