Thuringia: TLfDI publishes activity report for 2020
The Thuringia State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information ('TLfDI') announced, on 20 October 2021, the publication of its activity report on data protection for the year 2020. The report highlights, among other things, the significant impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the TLfDI's work, in terms of the increased number of complaints received in the reporting period, and the difficulties encountered in carrying out activities such as meeting with witnesses and complainants in the course of proceedings.
