Slovenia: Commissioner announces updated data breach notifications form
On March 18, 2024, the Information Commissioner (the Commissioner) announced that it had updated the form for official notifications of personal data breaches under Article 33 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In particular, the Commissioner highlighted that the form was made more user-friendly and the information on cross-border breaches was moved to a separate annex.
