EU: Isle of Man and Guernsey signs MoU

On November 8, 2024, the Information Commissioner (the Commissioner) announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Office of Data Protection Authority (ODPA) particularly, with the Guernsey Data Protection Commissioner, Brent Homan.

The MoU sets out how the authorities will work collaboratively, further strengthening the cooperation requirements that are contained within their respective data protection legislation.
