Algeria: ARPCE publishes decision repealing enforcement procedures for operators
The Algerian Regulatory Authority for Post and Telecommunications ('ARPCE') published its decision ('the Decision'), on 5 December 2019, which repealed Decision No. 60/SP/PC/ARPT/2015 of 12 October 2015 as amended. In particular, the Decision No. 60/SP/PC/ARPT/2015 outlined procedures for investigating and prosecuting breaches of postal and telecommunications operators and enforcing pecuniary penalties against them.
