Opeyemi is a member of the Corporate/Commercial, Company Secretarial, Technology Media and Telecommunication, and Transportation Practice Groups at ÆLEX.

Opeyemi was a member of the team that advised Interswitch Limited on its group reorganisation project, which resulted in the migration of the company's current shareholders to a limited liability company domiciled in the United Kingdom; and the spin-off of one of its subsidiaries. The scope of work included assisting with approval of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, Central Bank of Nigeria and Nigerian Communications Commission.

Opeyemi regularly advises Nigerian and International corporate structures and reorganisations, regulatory compliance, data privacy and protection, global leading card schemes, payment processors, telecommunications and cryptocurrency companies on various transborder issues in relation to payment systems, cybersecurity and ICT.
