Annelise graduated as Doctor of Laws in 2013 from the University of Malta and was called to the Bar in 2014. She joined EMD Advocates in 2013 as a trainee lawyer. After furthering her studies at Queen Mary University of London she obtained a Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law. Annelise, currently a Senior Associate, mainly assists clients with queries of a shipping and corporate law nature, with a particular focus on company incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, and ship registration as well as ship financing.
