Understanding Washington's My Health My Data Act
The Washington My Health My Data Act, also known as House Bill 1155, addresses the collection, sharing, and selling of consumer health data. Washington's Governor, Jay Inslee, signed the act into law on Thursday, April 27th, and it will generally take effect on March 31, 2024, with the exception of small businesses, extending the enforcement date to June 30, 2024.
