Maine: Bill on Act to Protect Personal Health Data dies in Committee

On April 1, 2024, Legislative Document 1902 for an Act to Protect Personal Health Data died in the Maine Senate Judiciary Committee pursuant to Joint Rule 310.3 following the Committee's vote that the bill ought not to pass in the new draft. This follows its carryover into the Maine 131st Legislature on July 26, 2023.
