Wisconsin: Governor signs immunisation privacy bill into law
Wisconsin Governor, Tony Evers, signed into law, on 5 November 2021, Assembly Bill ('AB') 132 which stipulates that any government entity, public or private elementary, middle, junior high, or senior high school, childcare center or nursery school, or healthcare provider that send immunisation-related mail should ensure that any information that may disclose an individual's immunisation status is not visible on the outside of the piece of mail.
