International: Cape Verde and Mexico become parties to Convention 108

The Council of Europe announced, on 1 October 2018, that Cape Verde and Mexico had signed the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with Regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data ('Convention 108') and its additional Protocol, bringing the total number of parties to Convention 108 to 53 countries.
